Mindfulness@Lunchtime

Ann Howell will continue her mindfulness sessions. Experience mindful eating and meditation in a relaxed atmosphere. With its roots in Buddhism, 'mindfulness' can bring a wonderful sense of spiritual wellbeing. It is now used by mental health practitioners as well as those interested in the spiritual benefits. We will explore the concept through actually experiencing mindful meditation.
